  1. Musik nicht illegal ist;
  2. Frank Zappa und seine Musik, auch nicht das Nachdenken und schreiben darüber, sogar eigene Gedanken über selbiges entstehen zu lassen, sind nicht illegal und, wenn man Die Regeln folgt, sogar diese Gedanken mit der Öffentlichkeit zu teilen nicht illegal ist;

Also, wenn Ihr etwas auszusetzen habt, bitte sehr.

Wow, are you still here? The swallows at Capistrano, Gerry Brown, big over-ear headphones.... Seems like some things never really go away forever. And when the lawyers get involved, well, head for the bucket of cold water, if you know what I mean. The expression "Well, it's not a federal crime just to XY-your-favorite-diversion-here" is indeed true, unless of course you're Charles Manson, or Tommy Chong. Anyway, as you probably know much more distinguishedly than I, every German arena of litigation from my 8-year-old daughter's school playground to the German Federal Supreme Court has reminded us that:

  1. Music is not illegal;
  2. Frank Zappa and his music, thinking and writing about it, even thinking your own thoughts about it, are still all not illegal and, as long as you follow The Rules, even sharing these thoughts with The Public At Large is not illegal;
  3. As long as I don't demand any money from you (whose horn am I supposedly tooting, anyway?)  and I don't pick your virtual pocket, we're even (although I suppose I may still owe a valet charge for the rehearsal thingy back then in Burbank; I swear, I didn't know it was Diva at the time, but she told me to park there. And she's Family, see? Put me down for two and a half hours. I do PayPal, send me a bill. No interest, please.).
  4. In Germany there are, as you no doubt have already noticed, more than enough judges who can distinguish  between aggravated petty theft of "your" intellectual property (sic)  and idle superfluous sport-litigation by the Colony crowd. Book six minutes for having read this and call me in the morning.
So, if you think you have a Case of something, remember, wash your hands first. Please. And let me know, of course; what else am I here for? And let us remember, sometimes a good law suit is a good thing - the School of Rock buzz, you know. OK, Wildman Fischer didn't quite catch the curve, but at least he tried. Oh, I see, our time is up... Same time next week, I assume. Use that door there, please.
